Doctrine , the unowned resource is a waiting incident

Why ownership is a load-bearing doctrine, not a tagging convention.

In an unowned system, everything is somebody else’s job. The untagged bucket that has quietly accumulated terabytes. The service account whose password has not been rotated because no one knows who created it. The SaaS subscription that renewed last week for three years. Each of these is an owner-less asset producing owner-less cost and owner-less risk.
