Documentation used to describe systems. IFO4 defines, measures, and executes them.

By 2027, every regulator that audits cloud-using enterprises will require continuous, signed attestation. Every compliance framework, SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, PCI DSS, CSRD, is moving toward continuous controls monitoring. The documentation era is over. The enforcement era has begun.
