The founding IFO4 Foundation Board is forming. We are seeking experienced leaders from the FinOps community, academia, and nonprofit governance to serve as directors.

Annual reports and financial statements published publicly.
3-year terms, maximum 2 consecutive terms per director.
Majority independent directors free from commercial conflicts.
All decisions guided by the Foundation mission and community benefit.
