The composite numerical posture of a federation member across the substantive disciplines, computed deterministically from the evidence pack against the rubric set out in UFMS-001:2.4 and the measurement conventions of MEV-Annex:3.2. The score is not an opinion: it is a function of the evidence and the rubric. The federation publishes the rubric, the input evidence catalogue, and the score itself, such that any third party with access to the evidence can independently reproduce the figure to within rounding.
Adopted as the public-facing composite metric of the federation in the constitutive proceedings; the acronym derives from the federation name.
Federation members may not publish a self-asserted IFO4 Score: the score is computed by the federation registry against submitted evidence. Self-asserted scores are reported as misrepresentation under TGS-002:1.7.
