The procedural standard of the IFO4 federation, comprising the titles, sections, and rules under which the federation tribunal operates: jurisdiction, conduct of practitioners, evidence handling, sanctions, and appeal. TGS is structured as a numbered hierarchy of titles, with each section carrying a stable identifier of the form TGS-002:X.Y. Federation members and accredited practitioners are bound to TGS-conforming conduct in any matter before the tribunal, including challenges to glossary entries under the present standard.
Drafted as the founding procedural instrument of the IFO4 federation; the title was adopted alongside UFMS in the constitutive proceedings.
Conduct of any federation proceeding, including glossary-entry challenges, is governed by TGS. Challenge filings that fail to reference the relevant TGS section are returned for procedural correction.
